Speaking louder...and more slowly...in English...to Nastia will not make her understand you any better. So many people have done this when I have told them she does not speak English and it cracks me up.
She speaks Russian. It does not matter how loud, or how slowly you speak...she still will not understand you.
I've even caught myself doing this a few times! Oops! I think it's funny!
